Description:

Provide specialized rehabilitative services to patients throughout Stockton and the surrounding area who are recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Also treats individual who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. Additionally treats individuals with amputations, arthritic conditions, burns, cancer, congenital deformities, dysphagia, hip fractures, incontinence, joint replacement, lymphedema, post cardiac or general surgery, post mastectomy, pulmonary disease, swallowing disorders, and wounds.

Services provided include:
-Rehabilitation nursing care
-Respiratory care to treat, manage, control and provide diagnostic evaluation of the cardiopulmonary system
-Speech, memory, and cognitive therapy
-Physical therapy to help with balance and mobility
-Occupational therapy to help perform daily activities, including guided community outings and home evaluations
-Wound care to help in the healing, prevention, and management of wounds
-Neuropsychology that focuses on how the brain and rest of the nervous system influence a person's cognitive skills and behaviors
-Prosthetic consults, fittings, and equipment assistance
-Pain management
