Description:
The HFC In-Home Care Grant Program partners with Home Instead Senior Care to relieve caregivers who are providing care to their loved ones living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, giving them time to rest, recharge and focus on their personal and professional life. HFC's Care Grants provide 3-6 months of free, professional, in-home care. Apply online or call for more assistance.
Online Support Groups: free and designed to help people who are navigating their way through any stage of an Alzheimer's disease diagnosis. And they're scheduled to fit with caregivers' busy lives. Includes Bereavement, Frontotemporal Dementia Caregiver, Black and African American Caregiver, and Male Caregiver Support Groups.
HFC also hold webinars, workshops, caregiver resources, support and more.
