Twain Harte Area Community Emergency Response Team (THA-CERT) is a dedicated team of community-based volunteers who are trained to support our community.
This team provides the following services to senior and disabled residents in Tuolumne County:
Free Smoke Detectors
Free Installation
Free Battery Replacement
If you need a detector installed, need a new battery, or need a ten-year-old detector replaced, they can help for free.
