The Clinic Office is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Please call 530.694.2146 to make an appointment.
Patients of all ages are welcome and no one is refused care due to the lack of medical insurance coverage. Fees are based on the ability to pay. Payment arrangements can be discussed.
Due to the size of our facility, not all services are available and may need to be referred.
