Facilitates Veterans Services for our service members, veterans, and families by streamlining access to Veterans Housing, Education, Life Skills, and Physical Wellness Services.

GPD Transitional Housing - located in Jackson: for veterans and families only who are able to live independently
Can stay up to two years
Provides case management
Classes onsite
and more.

Permanent Supportive Housing - located in Jackson:
Units at the Veterans Center - for veterans and families only
Rooms for rent at Victory Village Community Gardens - for veterans, civilians, and families
-Shared kitchen, laundry, and community areas
-Rent and deposit with utilities separate

Compensated Work Therapy: designed to assist individuals to oversome employment barriers, mental illness, substance use disorders, homelessness, physical disabilities, underemployment, and other disabilities that contribute to occupational dysfunction. Designed to develop skills to increase income as participants transition into permanent employment.
Located in Jackson
Open to civilians and veterans
Can work in Yard Maintenance, Construction, Horticulture, Small Engine Repair, and Administrative
Participants trained by knowledgeable individuals and currently paid $15/hr

All Programs provide to all clients: Employment workshops & resume assistance, VA navigation, VA benefits & healthcare assistance, applying for local benefits, Food Bank, Veteran Support Group, and NAMI Homefront (Military/Veteran Family education series)
