Description:
The goal of the balance, strength and mobility programs is to provide seniors with the education and tools needed to lead healthy lives and reduce their risk of falling. Walk with Ease, Yoga, Strength Training, Pilates, T'ai Chi and Bingocize are some of the classes offered. Classes are geared for adults age 60+. Registration is required and is obtained through Area 12 Agency on Aging. For more information call Area 12 Agency on Aging at 1-800-510-2020 or 209-532-6272.
There is a suggested contribution of $3.00 per class but there is no obligation to contribute. Contributions are on a voluntary basis and services will not be denied if a contribution cannot be made.
