As a non-profit builder, Habitat For Humanity provides quality home repairs at a substantial discount with either a no-interest or very low interest loan. We work with preferred contractors who offer discounts, use volunteers where possible, and often get substantial cost savings on building materials from friendly suppliers.
Eligible repairs include anything health or code-related such as: roofs, structural damage, porch repair, electric, plumbing, HVAC, handicap accessibility, siding, exterior paint, weatherization or energy efficiency.
Offers an affordable loan to cover the cost of the work. Payments are placed in a revolving fund to help us serve others in need. This is a hand up, not a handout. Subsidies are available for very low-income folks, seniors, disabled and folks impacted by natural disasters.

Repairs include:
Home Exterior: siding and trim*
Gutters: minor repair or replacement
Air Sealing: caulking, weather stripping doors and windows
Roof: minor repair or replacement
Heating & Cooling: minor repair and/or servicing or replacement
Plumbing & Electrical: minor repair or replacement
Water Heater: repair or replacement
Stairs & Stoops: repair or replacement
ADA Accessibility: door widening, grab bar installation, wheelchair ramp, handrails for porch, deck
