Description:
Home repair loans and grants for low-income people who are owner/occupant and have a health or safety issue due to the needed repairs such as: roofing, air conditioning, heating, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, new flooring, carpet, paint, grab bars, shower seats, transfer benches, ramps and, storm windows. Mobile home roofs are only considered when they are on residents owned land and have a cement slab. They do not repair wells, only public septic systems.
