Low income apartments for seniors 55+ and disabled residents. There is a waiting list to get into the apartments. Once they are accepted off the waiting list, they will have to pay market rate while they go onto another waiting list for rental assistance. Once accepted off of the rental assistance list they will pay 30% of income for that apartment. Special hours due to COVID. They are closed for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
