Assistance program for isolated residents in the event of an emergency such as fire, flood, extreme weather event, landslide, earthquake, extended energy outage, hazardous materials incident or civil disruption.
Program determination for those who rely on electricity for medical equipment, supplemental oxygen, depends on others for transportation, needs mobility assistance, medications by mail, meal delivery service or such similar needs.
